Can you measure for me?
Yes. Book a measuring visit and you get a written quote after the visit. The £75 fee comes off your next quote or online order within 12 months of the visit. Read measuring visits for how it works.
Do I give you the opening size or the glass size?
On shower and bath glass, give the opening: the configurator takes off the channel, hinge gaps and seals and shows you the breakdown. The door width is the one figure that is the door's finished glass width. On other products the field labels say which figure they want, and a table top is its finished size. Never take an allowance off yourself as well. See opening size or glass size.
How accurately do you cut?
We cut to plus or minus 2 mm unless your drawing shows a different figure, and every order is confirmed with a dimensioned drawing before anything is made.
