Questions people ask

Does a gift card expire?

No. It keeps its value until it is spent, with no expiry date.

Where can it be spent?

Online at checkout on this site, or at the counter in branch. Use part of it and the rest stays on the card.

Can I choose the day it arrives?

Yes. Pick a day and it is emailed at 8am that morning. Until then you can change it on the card's page.

Can I print it instead?

Yes. Choose Printed card, and once your order confirms the card's page opens a print view with your words on it.

What if the code is lost?

The code is in the confirmation email. If you cannot find it, ask us with your order reference: Ask us.

Can I return a gift card or swap it for cash?
