How we work with the trade
1. Survey
Send drawings or rough quantities. Where the openings need it, we measure on site so every panel is made to what is built, not to what was drawn.
2. Drawings
Every glass item gets a drawing with its sizes, edgework, holes and hardware, for you or your architect to sign off before anything is cut.
3. Programme
We agree batches and dates against your build programme, so glass arrives when the floor is ready for it, not before.
4. Deliveries to site
Own vans, own drivers. Deliveries are booked to your programme and to the site contact you name.
5. Fitting through our network
If you want it fitted, we offer the job to vetted independent fitters who cover your postcode and fit that kind of glass.
No job too small or too big
One replacement panel for a refurbishment, or every balustrade, shower screen and splashback on a development: the same drawings and the same team. Tell us what you have and we will tell you how we would run it.

Questions builders and developers ask us
Is there a minimum order?
No. A trade account is free to open with no minimum spend, and no job is too small or too big: one bathroom or a block of flats, tell us the quantities and we price the whole job.
What are your lead times for volume orders?
It depends on the glass, the processing and the quantity, so we confirm a lead time with every quote rather than printing a figure here. Send your programme with the enquiry and ask us.
Do you carry out site surveys?
Yes. Book a measure visit and we come and take the sizes, which is the templating service in our footer.
Can you work from our drawings or CAD files?
Yes. Attach your drawings to the enquiry as PDF, JPG or PNG files, up to five of them. Every cut-to-size order then leaves with its own technical drawing for you to approve before anything is cut.
Do you offer credit accounts and payment terms?
Credit terms are available on a trade account, subject to approval. Once they are set up, checkout offers Pay on account and you are invoiced on your terms rather than per order.
Do you deliver to site?
Yes. Our own vans and our own drivers, no couriers throwing glass. Damaged in transit? We remake it, free.
Can you fit the glass as well?
We can introduce you to vetted independent fitters in our network who cover your postcode and fit that kind of glass. The fitting contract is between you and the fitter.
What warranty do you give?
Glass damaged in transit is remade free. For anything beyond that on a project, ask us and we will set it out with the quote.
What standards does your glass meet?
Our toughened safety glass is toughened to BS EN 12150. If your specification calls for something particular, such as a balustrade loading, ask us with the drawings.
Which areas do you cover?
Our branches are in Fulham and Park Royal. We deliver across the UK: by van across London, and pallet delivery across the UK, quoted at order.
Can you supply shower enclosures for every flat in a development?
Yes. Each enclosure is cut to its own surveyed opening rather than to a catalogue size, so tell us the number of units and send the drawings, and we price them together.
Do you take partnership or joint-venture enquiries?
Ask us. Start a project conversation with the details, and we will come back to you.
What do you need from us to quote?
Drawings if you have them, otherwise rough quantities and sizes, the site postcode and your programme dates. Photos of the openings help. You can send everything through the Start a project form.
Can you deliver to site in batches?
Yes. Deliveries are planned against your programme, so each batch arrives when that part of the build is ready for it.
Do contractors get trade prices?
Yes. Open a trade account and your trade prices apply on the shop, at the counter and on every quotation. Credit terms are available subject to a credit application.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to call you within one working day of your enquiry, and every project gets a reference so you can follow it in your account.
Who will be our contact?
A named member of our team is assigned to your project and shown in the Projects area of your account once it is picked up.
