Trade accounts

Built for glaziers, installers and shopfitters who order regularly. Trade pricing, credit terms and a faster path from spec to reorder. Free to apply, no minimum spend.

Already have one? Sign in to your trade portal for orders, quotes, statements and quick order. Building, specifying or developing? Start a project conversation.

Trade pricing on every order
Your account prices through the trade book automatically, on the shop and on cut-to-size work in the configurator, no discount codes and no negotiating.
Prices shown the way you quote
Signed in to a trade account, the site shows ex-VAT prices by default, so the number on screen is the number you put on your own estimate.
Pay on account
Once credit terms are set up on your account, checkout offers "Pay on account" instead of requiring a card, invoiced on your terms rather than per order.
Monthly statements
Your statements sit in the portal as PDFs alongside every VAT invoice, instead of being chased one email at a time.
A trade card in your wallet
Add your SW Glass trade card to Apple or Google Wallet, scan it at the counter and your pricing applies instantly.
Saved specs, faster reorders
Past orders, saved sizes and saved lists are one tap away, and quick order takes a list of SKUs or a CSV straight into the basket.

Apply for a trade account

About 10 minutes

Have to hand: your trading name and address, a contact email and phone number, the names of the owner, partners or directors (a home address too for a sole trader or partners), and two trade references.

Save and finish later, at the end of the form, emails you a link back to your answers. The documents can follow later too.

1.Your business

Type of business

The name you trade under, as it should appear on invoices.

For example glazing, shopfitting, building, kitchens.

2.VAT

Your VAT number goes on every invoice we send you.

Is the business VAT registered?

3.Contacts and people

Main contact

For example director or buyer.

The decision comes here, and this is the address the trade account sits on.

Accounts contact (if different)

Directors

4.Account and invoicing

A trade account is about pricing. If you would like to pay on account too, tell us what you need; credit is decided separately.

Leave blank if you will pay as you order. The limit covers what you owe on account, VAT included.

The bank only, for the credit check. We never ask for account numbers here.

Do your orders need a purchase order number?

Often an accounts mailbox.

Delivery addresses (optional)

5.Trade references

Two merchants or suppliers you already hold an account with. We ring or email them, nothing more.

6.Add documents (optional now - you can send them later)

A trade account is credit, so before we open it we need to know who and where you are. You can send the application without them: we will email you a private link to add them later, with nothing to sign in to. Everything here is held against your application and is never published.

Loading the list of documents…

Free to apply, no minimum spend, and no obligation to order. We use these details and documents to check the account and nothing else, see our privacy notice.
