Samples
See it before you commit
Made-to-measure glass cannot be returned, because it is cut for your exact opening. A sample in your own light beats any photo: check the tint, the texture and the colour first.
A glass sample pack is £25.00 for up to 3 samples with UK postage included, and £5.00 for each extra sample, up to 6. Collecting from Fulham is the same price. The £25.00 comes back: once your pack is paid we send you a code for £25.00 off your next order of £100.00 or more, valid for 90 days.

Questions we get asked
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection from our Fulham branch is free. Please ring before you set off. Our branches page has the address and opening hours.
How much is delivery?
Delivery for your area is confirmed when you order. Our own vans cover London, and delivery across the rest of the UK is quoted at order. See delivery, collection and lead times.
Which colours can I choose?
We stock four catalogue colours: Crispy White, White, Blue and Black. Screen swatches are a guide, so ask to see a sample. A colour outside the four is priced by our team. Browse the RAL library on our colours page.
Can I return made-to-measure glass?
Made-to-measure glass is cut for your opening, so the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. Faulty or incorrectly supplied glass has separate remedies. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected. See returns and damage.
