Glass balustrades
A glass balustrade is a barrier that stops people falling from a stair, landing, mezzanine, balcony or terrace.

Juliet balconies
A Juliet balcony is a barrier across a full-height opening, such as French doors, with no platform to step out onto.

Shower enclosures and screens
Made-to-measure shower glass: bath screens, fixed walk-in screens and enclosures with a hinged door.

Glass splashbacks
Toughened glass cut to your wall behind a hob, sink or worktop: back-painted in the colour you choose, or as a silvered, tinted or antique mirror.

Mirrors
Mirrors cut to size from silvered float glass: plain silver, tinted (grey, bronze, blue, green) and antique.

Glass cut to size, table tops and shelves
Any glass from our catalogue cut to your sizes: clear, low-iron, tinted, satin and patterned glass, toughened or not.

Walk-on glass
Structural glass floors, walk-on roof lights and glass treads that people walk on.

Roof lights
Fixed glass roof lights for flat and pitched roofs: sealed double-glazed units with a toughened outer pane and a laminated inner pane, so broken glass cannot fall into the room.

Glass canopies
A glass canopy is a pane of toughened laminated glass fixed to the wall over a door or walkway, held by brackets and rods above it.

Glass partitions
Glass walls that divide a room while letting the light through: frameless panels held in a slim channel, or set in profiles, with hinged or sliding glass doors.

Glass entrance doors
Frameless glass doors for shops, offices and homes: toughened glass held by patch fittings, hung on floor springs or pivots, with fixed side panels and fanlights as needed.

Shop fronts
Glazing for shop fronts: large toughened or laminated panes in a frame, glass entrance doors, and security laminated glass where the shop needs it.

About the library
Are the specification sheets up to date?
Yes. Each sheet is generated from our current catalogue when you download it, so the glass types, thicknesses and sizes are the ones we supply today.
Do you have CAD details?
We draw every glass item for your project and send the drawings for sign-off. Ask for the CAD of your project with the form on this page; we do not publish generic CAD files.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack from our samples page, or leave your details on this page and we will contact you.
Where do figures like loads and build-ups come from?
Loads and heights come from the standards and Approved Document K, named on each page. Where a figure depends on the job, the page shows a typical figure with its published source and says how we confirm it for yours.
