Absolutely awful experience. Avoid this salon! The hairdresser didn’t even know we had an appointment, so we had to wait. To make matters worse, she apparently didn’t have proper hair-cutting scissors and seemed to be using scissors meant for cutting paper. What followed was an hour and a half of absolute misery, resulting in my child’s hair being completely ruined. The haircut looked nothing like the photo we showed as a reference. It was cut far too short, the hair was uneven on both sides, there were no proper layers or transitions, and there were random, jagged chunks of hair sticking out everywhere. The result is absolutely dreadful. I am shocked that someone with such poor skills is offering hairdressing services to the public, especially when working with a child. Please, do yourself a favour and do not repeat our experience. We left extremely disappointed, and my child now has to live with a terrible haircut until the hair grows back. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

The lady's in the shop are very nice but the organisation when it comes to doing hair is appalling. They have you waiting whilst doing someone else's hair in the middle of yours. For a hair style that shouldn't taken a few hours ends up take nearly the whole day because they are stopping your hair to do another person's hair. The service was bad and I will not be going there again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had my hair braided by Nadia, and when I eventually took the braids out, a significant amount of my natural hair came out with them because of the way my hair had been braided. I’ve lost so much of my hair that I had to cut it. This was extremely upsetting and frustrating, especially after trusting a professional with my hair. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon and I’m giving it 1 star.

I had a lovely experience in the salon everyone was friendly and understanding. I went to get some under wig braids and it only took 30 minutes. The braider was very gentle and it didn’t hurt at all I will definitely be back
