Unpleasant experience with my wash and blow-dry appointment, would not return or recommend.

The lady's in the shop are very nice but the organisation when it comes to doing hair is appalling. They have you waiting whilst doing someone else's hair in the middle of yours. For a hair style that shouldn't taken a few hours ends up take nearly the whole day because they are stopping your hair to do another person's hair. The service was bad and I will not be going there again.

Bad communicators. I booked an appointment and they ghosted me after I asked for the price. I tried to contact multiple times after to confirm appointment/ time but my messages were read yet I received no response.
